A reprint of Hype Magazine issue 19 (circa-1992) – an early, and iconic, Australian graffiti magazine.

Still interesting days, in their own right.
The collection, from issue 15 – 20, remains much the same.
The bromides (which is the black and white pics) remain dark in print – things do change.
Includes an interview with BATES (Denmark).
We are still around 1992. Things turn around all together again – quality of print, photos, documentation.

In regards to publishing, we are still using very basic computer programmes, photocopier, scissors..
HYPE today, 2023, has started to tag artists Instagram accounts, where possible, below each page, so readers can find them – #hypemagazinereprints
We will continue doing this in all reprinted editions from here on in… As best as possible.
