Issue 21 – that is, Issue 2 – Volume 1.
Still cut-n-paste, more basic computer graphics, bromides. 1993, 1994?
No idea why we came up with this concept, it just happened.
The next 10 plus editions go on another tangent.
Its own journey in its own right.
Publication changes. It gets better.
Still raw computer programming, but the mag on the next following 10 become a lot more interesting. By 30, Hype is Hype! It found itself.

Big focus on Melbourne graff this edition, Melburn, as we named it. So many talented heads came from this city.
All Australian cities had their heads, their kings, their style, their scene, old-school etc.
First small focus on Melbourne.
Still the 32 pages in total – 16 bw, 16 colour.
Hype decides to look at tattoos and writers, FYRE DFM, England, RIO from Germany, zine reviews, the usual Hip Hop music reviews, blackbook, letters, more Australian legends from these years and a blast from the past page.
